Alexandra-Maria-Lara
Alexandra Maria Lara has been a Romanian/German television and film actress for a long time. Alexandra is well-known for her parts on Rush, Downfall Youth Without Youth Control. Alexandra was the only daughter of Romanian actor Valentin Platareu. at the age of 16she already secured a number of TV roles which included the leading role in Downfall Youth Without Youth Control. Her critically acclaimed role in the made-for-television film Der Tunnel paved way for other notable roles including the role of Adolf Hitler's secretary Traudl Junge in the critically and commercially popular Oscar nominated historical war film Downfall. The Reader and Der Baader Meinhof Komplex are two other Oscar nominated films that feature the divas. Over the years Alexandra has been involved in a variety of important international and national productions. A few of them include the British biographical movie Control, the Greek movie The Dust of Time, and the French historical miniseries Napoleon. In addition, she was a member of both The Cannes Film Festival jury and Transylvania International Film Festival.
