Maggie Grace (born Margaret Grace Denig 21st September, 1983). 21, 1983) is an acclaimed American actress. Most notably, she played Shannon Rutherford from ABC's Lost television show, and Kim Mills for the Taken Trilogy. Maggie Grace is originally from Worthington in Ohio, left high school, and relocating in Los Angeles after her divorced parents divorced. Although she was struggling financially in 2001, her debut came as Rachel's Room's principal character. In 2002 she was nominated to receive an Young Artist Award with her role as 15-year old murder victim Martha Moxley. Grace Rutherford was the lead actor in Lost during its initial two seasons. In 2004, she won the Screen Actors Guild Award with all of the ensemble. Grace, who had worked with Tom Welling on The Fog in 2005, wanted to move into film.
